Shipping Policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED: After order confirmation, the internal processes for preparing and packing the order for shipping usually take 1 day, and then it will take 4 to 6 working days to deliver your order to your doorsteps.

1. Shipping Cost: Flat shipping 250/- will be charged on all orders.

2. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

3. Address Accuracy: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. WardaHoor is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance or local courier service issues may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

5. International Shipping: At this time, WardaHoor only ships within Pakistan. We are actively working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve international customers in the future.
